Executive Ministry Pastor
Grace Community Church in Montrose, Colorado is seeking a full-time Executive Ministry Pastor to lead and develop our ministry departments. The Executive Ministry Pastor will equip and empower pastors and leaders, develop and cast vision for various ministry areas, and implement strategies to reach and disciple current and future members of our church. The Executive Ministry Pastor will discover and develop new ministry opportunities and teams, assist with preaching, and minister through funerals and weddings. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for Jesus; a desire to serve as a coach instead of a star player; a hunger to the see the Gospel advance; a heart for discipleship; multiple years of experience in ministry leadership roles; a heart and proven track record for launching or expanding ministries; solid and humble character; and effective communication skills.
