Discipleship Coordinator
(Part-Time with Flexible Hours)
This role works closely with the Discipleship Pastor and team to implement mentoring and discipleship strategies, connect new believers with mentors, recruit and coach leaders, organize events, and manage administrative tasks using tools like Planning Center and Asana. He or she will help to build, inspire, train and equip dynamic Dream Team members. The ideal candidate must be able to work with a team and independently. He or she must have good computer and administrative skills, good people skills, and a thriving relationship with Jesus. Social Media Director
(Part-Time with Flexible Hours)
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Social Media Director to lead our digital presence and advance our ministry vision. This role will administrate all social media platforms, create engaging and mission-driven content, and develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that reflects our core values: Reaching the lost, Abiding with God, Releasing people into ministry, and Equipping them for ministry. The Social Media Director will collaborate closely with the Worship Arts team to ensure cohesive storytelling and creative alignment across all platforms. Responsibilities also include participating in staff meetings, planning sessions, and cross-ministry collaborations to help communicate our message with clarity and purpose.

Dream Team Coordinator
The Dream Team Coordinator will work with the Dream Team Director to organize, plan and execute events and training related to Grace Dream Teams. Assist with execution of weekend Dream Team huddles requiring weekend availability 2x/month. Will support the Dream Team Director in completing regular tasks/duties involving the maintaining of Weekend Service Support Dream Teams, Dream Team Central and the Coffee Shop. The ideal candidate would be available Tuesday (9am-3pm) and Thursday (flexible hrs), would be detail oriented, organized, proficient in utilizing technology and have a heart to serve. 20hrs/week. Children's Pastor Team Coordinator
Grace Community Church in Montrose, Colorado is seeking a children’s pastor to lead and develop our Grace Kids department. This pastor will lead the children’s ministry team in weekly children’s services, events, as well as volunteer engagement and training for the next generation. We are seeking a candidate with leadership qualities defined by humble service, a love for the advance of the Gospel, and devotion to God’s call. Duties will include vision casting, strategic development, staff training, discipleship, and coaching. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for God’s children, experience in ministry, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
